One-Arm Chest Fly: High / Low (Tubing)
			
		One arm out from side 
at head level, other hand 
on abdomen, sweep arm 
toward midline in front of 
body and down to hip level. 
Keep hips still.
		Repeat with other arm.
		Do ____ repetitions,
